Connect to the internet. Open or Install Google Chrome browser. Install Google Docs Offline Chrome extension. ( Click Here to Open Install Page ) Open Google Drive Click on Settings Check the box next to "Create, open, and edit your recent Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides files on this device while offline. Done Now you can click on File menu of any Google Docs, Sheets and Slides file and click Make available offline to use that file offline.
